Deposits : personal check , money order or  Certified check ( $300 for a pet kitten or $500 for a show/breeder  ).

 

All deposits are non-refundable for any reason but can be put towards another kitten.

 

REMEMBER : We wait for 4 days for the deposit to come. After 4 days kitten is available  to the next customer. Please provide the  FED EX or USPS Tracking #  of your shipped deposit to us , so this way we know you’ve send it and we will wait as long as mail will take to come .

 

Once your deposit is received ,the kitten will be marked as “ PENDING NEW HOME “.

 

When a kitten is paid in full it will be marked as “SOLD”.

Show quality kittens have the characteristics necessary in the breed standard to achieve a CH or Grand CH Titles. We can not make any guarantees regarding the winning of any titles because proper grooming, care and presentation of the cat are essential to its show success. Show quality kittens sold to Pet Homes with an alter agreement.

Please understand we are not a Pet Store and our Persians live in our home as family members.

Our cats are our “ children” .

 

We reserve the right to refuse the adoption/sale of any of our “ children” to anyone , at any time, for any reason. 

 

 

If you choose to purchase  one of our “ children” , you will need to place a deposit. This deposit is your commitment to that animal , once a kitten or cat is marked “ Reserved” no farther inquiries are taken.

 

If you decide for any reason to not take that kitten from our Cattery , you may use that deposit towards another kitten , but your deposit is non refundable. If these terms are not acceptable to you , please adopt elsewhere.
